In addition to legal scholarship on tobacco policy, there are more than three hundred articles from medical, health policy, and other social science sources.

 

Access to Full-Text of Articles
Because of copyright restrictions, full-text versions of the articles are not available through this website. You can obtain copies of these articles in several ways:

Online:  Many law journals publish the full text of their works online and/or provide information for obtaining back-issues.  Alternatively, fee-based online access to the full-text of an article is available through online legal research services such as Westlaw and LexisNexis, and through subscription databases such as Hein Online and Gale Group Collections.  TCLC's Tobacco Law Synopses are freely available online.

Library access:  Law journal articles cited in this database should be available at law libraries (such as those of law schools or the courts).  Medical and health policy journals should be available at medical and undergraduate university libraries.  Many libraries will have the relevant periodicals in their print collections or offer access to them via the online databases to which they subscribe.
